Customer shall be responsible for and shall pay Fees for all Services accessed by its Authorized Users whether or not authorized by Customer. If the Customer is on an annual or longer-term usage plan, the Customer may increase its number of Authorized Users only. Updates to the number of Authorized Users can be made as needed by contacting their respective Sales Executive or Account Manager.
Payments are due annual in advance. All invoiced Fees shall be paid by ACH bank transfer, credit card or check.

BY SIGNING BELOW, EACH PARTY REPRESENTS IT HAS READ AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THIS ORDER FORM AND THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THIS ORDER FORM MAY BE EXECUTED IN ONE OR MORE COUNTERPARTS, EACH OF WHICH SHALL BE DEEMED AN ORIGINAL AND ALL OF WHICH TOGETHER SHALL CONSTITUTE ONE AND THE SAME INSTRUMENT.
